Zhongsheng Group builds RMB300-million animal vaccine factory in Tianjin 

 
Zhongsheng Group partners with Hefei Hi-Tech Industry Development Zone to build a RMB300-million (US$48.25 million) animal vaccine and related biological products production facility in Hefei, Anhui, Tianjin.
 
The company plans to start production early in order to invite more hi-tech agro-products and processing enterprises to invest in the city. Zhongsheng Group is an integrated technology conglomerate in China, with main businesses in animal health products and feed, chemical feed, feed additives and livestock breeding.

   
 

Novozymes invests RMB90 million to expand Tianjin's enzyme production plant  

 
Novozymes (China) Biotechnology Co. Ltd. will be investing RMB90 million (US$14.5 million) to expand its existing enzymes production plant's capacity in Tianjin Development Zone. This will allow the company to increase a third of its production to meet the rising local demand. The newly-expanded factory will cost US$243 million and occupies 16 hectares of land.

     
 
Shenrenzhu starts phase two construction of wheat flour production line in Henan 

   
Shenrenzhu Oilgrain Co. Ltd.'s specialised wheat flour production project is entering second phase construction, following the first phase completion.
 
The facility, worth RMB550 million (US$88.5 million), focus mainly on flour processing and grain storage. It is expected to be completed by 2014. Once fully operational, it will be able to process 3,000 tonnes of wheat daily.

Guangdong plans RMB200-million investment to build fisheries exposition
 
Fusha town in Guangdong province is planning to build a Modern Fisheries Exposition, worth RMB200 million (US$32.17 million) which is a multi-functional modern eco-tourism fishery technology demonstration park, located in Fusha, Zhongshan, Guangdong. Both South China Normal University and Nang Rong International have expressed their interest to invest in the exposition.
 
The integrated facility includes hi-tech breeding demonstration zone, fisheries research and development technology, cultural display zone and others.

Anyou Group builds RMB100-million green feed factory in Guangxi   

      
Anyou Group has started its constructions of high-tech bio-green feed and protein products facility in Shiguling Industrial Park of Litang Industrial Area in Binyang County, Nanning province, Guangxi.
 
The production facility worth RMB100 million (US$16.08 million), occupies 40-mu of land. It will produce 240,000 tonnes of fermented soymeal, feed additives, animal health products and environmental-friendly feed.

Sichuan Giastar Group invests RMB20 million to build 600-head PIC grandparent hog farm 
       
Sichuan Giastar Group invests RMB20 million (US$3.22 million) to form a subsidiary firm, Xingwang Livestock Co. Ltd. with Lu County in Sichuan.
 
Through the subsidary, a 600-head PIC-grandparent hog farm will be built. The completed farm will adopt an intelligent management system with an annual capacity of around 4,000 parent-stock sows.
