China Lysine Weekly: Market lacks supportive factors (week ended Jun 22, 2020)
An eFeedLink Exclusive
Hog feed demand remained sluggish, hence decimating the sales of lysine together with weak soymeal prices. Producers who were keen to clear piling inventories negotiated prices, albeit slightly despite high output expenses.
Transacted prices of 98.5-percent lysine in China were table to lower in the range of RMB6.53-7.40/kg.

This, in conjunction with ample availability and low inclusion rates in feed formulation due to soft soymeal prices, will exert pressure on lysine market.
